You don’t have to carry this all on your own.

I’m a therapist in Wimberley, Texas and I help high achieving women, busy moms, and those moving through life transitions reconnect with themselves, heal old patterns, and step into a life that feels connected, meaningful and full of life again.

Much of my work centers around women navigating seasons of change - shifting identities, evolving roles, returning to themselves after years of pressure or survival mode, or healing from the long term effects of complex trauma.

I blend real, human presence with evidence-based care. My approach is warm, steady, and deeply collaborative.

You get to arrive exactly as you are - messy, tired, hopeful, overwhelmed, unsure - and we work gently from there.

I pay close attention to what’s unspoken, the tension in the body, the repeated patterns, the quiet intuition that’s been waiting to surface. Together we slow down enough for clarity, truth and direction to emerge.

I also support the whole family through parent consultations, work with teens and young children, and occasionally work with men who are burned out and wanting change as well.

I believe you are meant to thrive, not just survive the day. I’m honored to walk alongside you and help you uncover what thriving might look like for you and this stage in your life.

please Hear me when I say:

Being here doesn’t mean you’re weak. It means you’re strong.

You are not broken. You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Healing, growth and transformation are possible —even when it feels overwhelming.

Why I do this work…

I was as a nurse for 20 years, before I became a therapist. I saw up close the connection between mental and physical health, and how we all need to be seen, supported and understood in our suffering, and in the things that make us come alive. I listened to countless stories--seeing people's strength and the quiet strain beneath all they are carrying. I realized how our wellbeing is dependent on being healthy on many levels-not just our physical bodies. So I went back to school to learn how to help people in new ways.
Several years ago, on a mission trip to Africa I witnessed a deep reliance on faith and community that stuck with me. Women were in hard situations, but they weren't carrying their lives alone-they were relying heavily on their faith and each other in ways our busy culture rarely makes room for. It reminded me that we are meant to be supported, not stretched to our breaking point and holding it together on our own. Later, serving on a Walk to Emmaus team, I felt that truth again. Healing often begins with someone walking beside you-steady, present, unhurried. The experience continues to shape the way I show up the therapy room today.
These experiences, combined with my own journey are the roots of why I created this space: a grounded, compassionate place where you don't have to hold it all on your own. Like many of the people I work with, I felt something shifting in me too. A quiet inner shifting towards work that felt more meaningful, more human, more aligned with who I was becoming. That's what led me back to school to become a therapist-a deep calling to support people in a new way, rooted in the belief that our health and wellbeing is connected on many layers-mind, body and soul, and no one is meant to carry life alone.
